We recommend booking at least one to two weeks ahead, especially for weekends and summer events. Last-minute requests are welcome — call or email us and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Most standard bounce houses require a flat, clear area of approximately 15' × 15' feet. Larger units and water slides need more space. We'll provide exact dimensions for whatever you choose so there are no surprises.
Yes — water slides need a standard garden hose connected to a water source. If you don't have one nearby, let us know and we can discuss options for your venue.
We understand weather is unpredictable. If conditions are unsafe on the day of your event, we'll reschedule or refund — no questions asked. For other cancellations, please reach out and we'll work something out.
Absolutely. Every inflatable is inspected before and after each rental. We sanitize all units between events and never rent out anything that shows signs of wear or damage. Your guests' safety is our top priority.
